Our customers have 24/7 online support from us. They can request a site visit from our service techs to solve any issues that may arise.
Installation
From installation to routine maintenance, we’ve got you covered.
We offer trouble-free, free installation for all equipment, including removal of any existing dispensers. Our experienced technicians and install tracking technology ensure a stress-free and easy process. After signing the agreement, our operations team will contact you to arrange a convenient installation time, allowing you to enjoy our products and services without delay.
Maintenance & upgrades
We're committed to ensuring that your hygiene equipment operates at peak performance. We provide ongoing maintenance and upgrades to ensure your equipment remains clean, efficient, and up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices.
Maintenance is included with all equipment. You can request on-site support through Hoop247 if a dispenser is not working correctly. Our professional technicians can repair or replace parts as needed. All our dispensers are made with easily replaceable components and any unusable parts will be recycled.
